Sandstone Property Management offers fully furnished room rentals by the week or the month at the Kirkland Lake Residence. We offer single- or double occupancy.

Our rooms come with a single bed, dresser, desk, chair, wardrobe, and TV with cable. Weekly housekeeping is included (changing bedding, fresh linens, sweeping and mopping the floors, and dusting).

 

There is Wi-Fi throughout the building and a common room with cable TV. There are also kitchen and laundry facilities on site.

We also offer small bar fridges for rent for use in your room, at a rate of $25/month + HST. 

If you have your own small fridge, you can bring it - we will charge a small surcharge to offset the cost of electricity.
