IMPORTANT: To ensure quick processing of your application, please include a copy of your government-issued Photo ID when you submit your application and agreement.
In order to keep costs low and provide maximum value for our guests, we do not offer 24-hour staffing. As a result, a $56.50 (HST included) charge will be applied for after-hours check-ins that require our staff to be on site to assist with paperwork.
After-hours check-ins are check-ins that do not take place between
9 am and 5 pm Monday to Friday when our staff is on-site.
